Sales Associate Pre-License Course - $249.00
63-Hour Courses with Timed End-of-Course Exam
This internet-based course meets the state’s requirements for the pre-license education needed to obtain a Sales Associate license. This course is offered in a Hybrid format. The Florida Real Estate Guide (matching text book to the online course) is included with this course. See SCHEDULE for locations and dates of the live seminars in your area.

Broker Pre-License Course - $299.00
72-Hour Course with Timed End-of-Course Exam
Complete your Florida real estate education requirement through distance education and your computer. This course reviews all topics and concepts tested on the Florida state exam.

Continuing Education - $24.00
14-Hour Continuing Education Course with Timed End of Course Exam
Florida law requires that each Sales Associate, Broker, and Broker Associate complete 14 hours of continuing education within each renewal period after their initial 2-year licensing period. This internet based course meets those requirements. This course is offered online only.

Contract Management Post License 15-hours - $49.00
15-hour post license education approved for both SALES ASSOCIATES and BROKER students. Topics include listing contracts, sale and purchase agreements, option contracts, leases and skills in negotiating contracts. It includes a corresponding textbook, seven end of chapter quizzes and one practice final exam to prepare students for the final exam.

Leading the Field in Real Estate 15-hr Post License - $49.00
15-hour Post License course approved for both SALES ASSOCIATES and BROKERS. It is Designed to JUMP-START a new career in real estate or an old career that has become stale. Topics include Developing a Business Plan, Listing Inventory Management, Marketing, Prospecting, Negotiating, and Closing.

Agent's Role in Financing 15-hr Post License - $49.00
15 hour post license education approved for both SALES ASSOCIATES and BROKERS. This course will provide a better understanding of the mortgage market and the underwriting process. Important topics include current financing, short sales, and working through the process to a successful closing. There are 5 end-of-chapter quizzes plus a 50 question practice final exam.
